MN Fury Success at MN AAU State Tournament

The Minnesota Fury club had a great weekend at the State AAU Tournament. The highlights of the weekend include:

• 2013 Elite taking third place after coming in with the #4 seed.
• 2014 Blue leading North Tartan 15u the entire game, but losing at the buzzer in the semi-finals
• 2015 Blue losing a tight semi-final game to North Tartan 14u, and then hammering MN Stars Antl by 20+ in the third place game.
• 2017 Gold coming in with the #12 seed, but upsetting #5 Metro Stars, and #4 Midtown Monarchs to eventually place 4th.

Overall, we had 6 teams place in the top 4 in state:

• 2013 Elite - 3rd Place
• 2014 Blue - 4th Place
• 2015 Blue - 3rd Place
• 2016 Blue - 2nd Place
• 2017 Blue - 3rd Place
• 2017 Gold - 4th Place
