Minnesota Fury Metro Teams
If you would like an opportunity to play with the Minnesota Fury in 2025, please complete the registration: 2025 Workout Registration Link. There will be a one time fee that will allow you to attend as many workouts as you would like!

Additional workouts may be added for select age groups, depending on the results of the workout on August 18th.

- The 2025 Minnesota Fury AAU Season will start in late March and run through June for 4th-6th grades, and through July for 7th-11th grades.

Practice Information:
One of the key components of the Minnesota Fury experience are our practices. Our teams practice 2-3 times per week throughout the season, and we attempt to get as many of our teams practicing at one location as possible. Practice nights are determined based on the availability of the team. Practice locations will include St. Louis Park, Maple Grove, Chanhassen, and Mendota Heights. Other practice locations are possible based on coach and make-up of the team.
Tournament Information:
The number and location of tournaments is dependent on the age level. Our older age groups can expect to play in approximately 10-11 tournaments and our younger age groups will play in approximately 5-8 tournaments.
Post-Workout Communication:
Formation of teams is at the sole discretion of Minnesota Fury Coaches and Directors. Team formation is based on many factors, including performance at our workout sessions, performance during the 2024 AAU season, performance during past AAU, High School, and Traveling Season.
After working with your daughter, our coaches or directors will reach out to parents to communicate interest or offer roster spots. This will not necessarily happen after each workout, it will be done over the course of the workout time-frame. If we fill up an age group, we will send out communication to everyone who registered or attended at that age group.
